Solaverse is seeking a visionary Senior Game Designer to shape the gameplay mechanics and economy of Minotaur IV and future titles. You will be responsible for creating engaging and balanced gameplay systems that leverage the unique possibilities of Web3 technology.
You should have a passion for strategy games, RPGs, and MMOs, and a deep understanding of player psychology and motivation.
Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on core gameplay mechanics
- Balance game economy and progression systems
- Create detailed design documents and specifications
- Work with artists and engineers to implement features
- Analyze player feedback and data to improve the game
Requirements
- 5+ years of game design experience in the industry
- Shipped at least one AA or AAA title
- Strong understanding of game economy and balancing
- Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine
- Passion for blockchain gaming and Web3
