Lead the development of our core protocol and smart contracts on Solana.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to lead the development of our core protocol and smart contracts on Solana. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and auditing secure and efficient smart contracts that power the Solaverse ecosystem.
As a key member of the engineering team, you will work closely with game developers, frontend engineers, and product managers to integrate blockchain mechanics into our games and applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure smart contracts on Solana
- Optimize contract performance and gas usage
- Collaborate with the game team to integrate on-chain mechanics
- Conduct code reviews and security audits
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience with Rust and Solana development
- Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and cryptography
- Experience with Anchor framework
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
