SOLA Token Disclosure and Risk Statement

SOLA tokens are the designated utility tokens within the Solaverse platform and are integral to accessing and participating in various Projects and Services offered by the Company. These tokens are expressly designed for use solely within the Platform and are not intended to function as digital currency, securities, commodities, or any other financial instruments. SOLA tokens provide users with the ability to engage with the Platform's features and services in accordance with their intended purpose; however, they do not confer any rights, express or implied, beyond that functional use. In particular, holders of SOLA tokens are not entitled to any corporate rights or stakes, nor do these tokens grant any claims to future revenue, dividends, intellectual property rights, or voting rights within the Company.

It is hereby acknowledged that the Platform is currently in an early stage of development and may experience substantial modifications over time. In light of this, users must understand and accept that periodic upgrades to the SOLA tokens may be necessary to maintain their functionality and to keep pace with enhancements to the Platform. Should a user decide not to participate in such upgrades, the affected SOLA tokens may lose their functionality entirely, thereby restricting their utility within the Platform and Services.

Users further acknowledge and agree to assume the risks associated with accessing, purchasing, selling, using, or holding SOLA tokens. These risks include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Legal and Jurisdictional Restrictions: Certain jurisdictions may impose legal impediments that restrict or even prevent the Company from offering SOLA tokens, thereby limiting their availability and functionality.
  • Regulatory Uncertainty: Regulatory actions and evolving legal frameworks could impact the use, transfer, exchange, and overall value of SOLA tokens, potentially affecting user participation.
  • Security Risks: There exists the possibility of theft, hacking, or other forms of malicious attacks that could compromise SOLA tokens or the Platform's underlying infrastructure.
  • Technical Vulnerabilities: Security vulnerabilities may be present within the Platform's code, associated software, or overall infrastructure, which could lead to unauthorized access or loss of token functionality.
  • Loss of Value: Users face the risk of a total loss of value or purchase price for SOLA tokens, as market conditions and technical issues can lead to significant declines in token value.
  • Blockchain and Transmission Risks: The inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including potential malfunctions, issues related to internet transmission, and other unanticipated technical problems, could adversely affect the performance and usability of SOLA tokens.
  • Irreversible Transactions: All transactions involving SOLA tokens are irreversible. Once completed, users may not have the opportunity to reverse or recover any tokens lost or misdirected through erroneous or fraudulent transactions.

By participating in the Solaverse platform and using SOLA tokens, users confirm their understanding and acceptance of the terms and risks outlined above.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Solaverse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Under no circumstances shall Solaverse, its affiliates, or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if Solaverse has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendments and DAO Governance

These Terms of Use may be amended or updated from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or community standards. Any significant changes will be communicated through official channels such as platform notifications, email updates, and postings on the Help Center. It is your obligation to review these updates, as continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Additionally, the governance of Solaverse is managed by a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), which holds the authority to implement modifications to these Terms as necessary.
